- This presentation was given on February 2, 2006 to the management and staff of Academic & Professional Program Services at the Florida State University.
- All employees were asked to introduce their top technology project to the group.

| Conditions |
- The call for presentations was communicated on relatively short notice. With new management at the helm of a newly created department, it was crucial for this presentation to communicate not only the nature of our operations but also the quality of our work.

| Scope |
- The presentation was limited to five minutes per speaker. Since my programmer and I were presenting together, I was able to create a ten-minute presentation, which allowed us to both review the existing course evaluation system we had built as well as introduce the improvement project that would extend this solution to electronic course evaluations.

| Role |
- As the project leader it was my responsibility to design and create the presentation, and to ensure that it would allow the programmer to present a portion.
- The presentation was very well received.
