- I created the project management documentation by producing the required components from the project plan I had maintained in MS Project.
- The milestones and delivery dates of the project were dictated by the class syllabus.

- The project documentation was used to account for all team members' contributions to the project, which in turn was used by the instructor to determine individual grades.

- As the project manager I was responsible for creating and maintaining the project plan and assigning tasks to the other team members.
