MANAGEMENT & IMPLEMENTATION - Artifact 4: Project Management Documentation

In order to be able to account for all phases of a project, the project manager must maintain detailed records. Typically, these are summarized in a final report such as the one presented in this artifact.

Context
  • This project management documentation was included in the final report for EME6691, Performance Systems Analysis, taught by Dr. A. Darabi in the Fall of 2005.
